Our system has hydraulic cylinders for agitator movement, discharge valve operation, bottom detachment and clamping. We offer power units to operate these in various option like hand lever operated, solenoid operated for explosion proof requirements. We ensure synchronous movement during bottom detachment to make sure the bottom lowers and lifts in the same plane. We offer special agitator cylinders with integrated guide to help minimize your stool machining cost and single bottom detachment cylinders for smaller equipment which can be fitted in to the equipment leg.
